Version 1.3 · Last updated: 23 October 2026
1. Controller
The controller responsible for processing your personal data is FansConnect24 LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.
For questions about data protection and to exercise your rights, you can reach us by email at
2. What this notice covers
This notice explains which personal data we process when you visit our website, contact us, apply as a creator, send an enquiry as a business or plan a campaign, book an appointment, use our chat or our AI guidance, work with us, or when we look at your public creator channel as part of our market analysis. Our processing is subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) because we offer our services to people in the European Union.
3. Visiting the website
When you open our pages, our web server processes technically necessary connection data: your IP address, the date and time of the request, the address requested, the amount of data transferred and information about your browser and operating system. This is necessary to deliver the website to you and to keep it secure and stable (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is secure and reliable operation).
We do not use any analytics, advertising or tracking tools and do not embed content from external providers such as fonts, videos or maps. Fonts, images and scripts are loaded from our own server.
4. Cookies and browser storage
We only use technically necessary cookies and browser storage:
- Session cookie: keeps your session running, for example for your language choice, forms, chat and login. It is deleted when you close your browser. The related session data on our server expires after four hours of inactivity and is then deleted.
- “Remember me”: Only if you choose this option when logging in do we set a cookie that keeps you logged in for up to 60 days. It is removed when you log out.
- Chat draft: The chat stores the text you have not yet sent and whether the chat window is open in your browser’s session storage (sessionStorage). This information stays on your device and is deleted when you close the tab.
- AI guidance: If you start the AI guidance without logging in, we set the cookie “fc24_aiw” with a random identifier that lets us recognise your workspace; on our server we only store a check value (hash) of it. The cookie cannot be read by scripts and is valid for 180 days. In addition, your browser’s local storage (localStorage) remembers which workspace you last opened and, if your connection drops, keeps messages that have not yet been sent until they are sent. This information stays on your device.
- Plan a campaign: If you start “Plan a campaign”, we set the cookie “fc24_bcb” with a random identifier that lets us recognise your draft; on our server we only store a check value (hash) of it. The cookie cannot be read by scripts and is valid for 30 days. Your browser keeps your contact details and the step you are on in session storage (sessionStorage) until you send your brief or close the tab.
This storage is strictly necessary for the functions you use (Art. 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive as implemented in national law; Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). No consent is required for it.
5. Contact form and email
If you write to us using the contact form, we process your name, email address, subject, message and – if provided – your company name. If you send us an email, we process your email address, the content and any attachments. We use this information to handle and answer your enquiry and store it for this purpose in our enquiry and customer management system.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your enquiry relates to a collaboration or contract, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in answering enquiries).
6. Applying as a creator
For your application, we process your name, email address, preferred language and your details on creator type, platforms, content categories, experience, content focus and goals. You may optionally provide your date of birth, links to your social media profiles, a short text about yourself, how you heard about us and categories for adult content. We send you a link to confirm your email address.
We use this information to review your application, contact you, hold an interview if appropriate and, if accepted, add you to our creator area. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request before a possible collaboration).
Details on adult content: Whether you want to create adult content and which categories interest you may reveal information about your sex life and may therefore be a special category of personal data. We only process such details with your express consent, which you give using a separate checkbox in the application form (Art. 9(2)(a) and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future, e.g. by email to
7. Enquiries from businesses
For enquiries from businesses, we process the company name, the contact person’s first name, email address, project description and preferred language and, optionally, last name, industry, website, phone number and job title. We use this information to review your project, suggest suitable creators and an offer, and prepare a collaboration; for this purpose we record it in our customer management system. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and, where you act on behalf of a business, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Plan a campaign: With “Plan a campaign” you describe your project step by step. We process the details you give about your company (name, country, website, industry), campaign goals, product or service, target audience, desired creators, platforms, content and deliverables, timing, budget, usage rights, and requirements and no-gos. We save every step as a draft so that you can continue later; your contact details (name, email address, phone number, job title) stay only in your browser until you send them. From your details we create a Campaign Brief with confirmed details, open points and assessments. It is orientation, not an offer and not a commitment on creators, prices or results.
AI only with your consent: Only if you tick the separate box do we send your campaign details without contact data to OpenAI or Anthropic (see “Recipients”), so that the brief contains additional assessments and suggestions; email addresses and phone numbers we detect in free text are masked beforehand. Without the tick we create the brief with fixed rules only. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future, for example by email to
Continuing with FansConnect24: Only when you choose “Send brief to FansConnect24” and confirm the privacy notice does our team receive your brief together with your contact details as a business enquiry; it is then handled as described above. People review your enquiry and decide on creators, prices, contracts and any assignment. The legal basis for the draft and the brief is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and, where you act on behalf of a business, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We automatically delete drafts you do not send once they have not been changed for 30 days.
When planning business enquiries and campaigns, our team may be supported by AI models (see “Recipients”); we only send campaign details without contact data. We only pass on a brief from “Plan a campaign” for this while your consent is in force.
8. Booking an appointment
If you book a call, we process your name, email address, the selected time, the type of call, your time zone and, optionally, a message and – required for phone calls – your phone number. We use this information to organise the appointment, send you a confirmation and hold the call (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). For video calls, we send you the link to the service on which the call takes place.
9. Chat
You can use our chat without an account. We store your messages and attachments as a conversation in our support system and link it to your browser session so that you receive our replies. If you share your name or contact details in the chat, we process those as well. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where a collaboration is concerned, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
So that we can support you in your language, chat messages are translated automatically by DeepL SE, Maarweg 165, 50825 Cologne, Germany. DeepL processes the text of the messages on our behalf for this purpose. Please do not send identity documents or other particularly confidential documents in the chat.
10. FNC24 AI guidance
In the FNC24 AI guidance you work with an artificial intelligence (AI): it asks you questions about your situation, develops possible directions and next steps from your answers and creates a free orientation – or, if you are already active as a creator, a free business check. At your request, it also works out a paid, detailed evaluation (Creator Opportunity Map or Creator Business Audit). Before you start, we tell you that you are working with an AI, and every AI message is labelled as such. The AI guidance is only available from the age of 18; you confirm this when you start.
Which data we process:
- your answers and messages, as well as our team’s messages in your workspace;
- details the AI derives from your answers – they are marked as assumptions until you confirm or correct them – and questions that are still open;
- the results (orientation, business check, evaluations) and a summary of where you stand;
- your consents, with the time and the version of the text;
- technical logs of each AI step (task, model used, status, size, cost, time), without your content;
- for a paid evaluation, the unlocking and the related invoice data (see “Collaboration, documents and payments”);
- if you book an appointment from the AI guidance, the link between the booking and your workspace, so that we can prepare the conversation.
Please do not enter login details, identity, bank or card details, or health information in the AI guidance.
Purposes and legal bases: We process this data to work out your orientation and the results you request with you, to let you continue the conversation later, to hand you over to our team if you wish and to prepare a possible collaboration. The legal basis is the consent you give when you start (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and – where you request a result or are working towards a collaboration with us – Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. We process the technical logs for secure operation, cost control and quality assurance (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
AI providers we use: For the AI steps we use the application programming interfaces (APIs) of OpenAI (OpenAI OpCo, LLC, USA) and Anthropic (Anthropic, PBC, USA). Depending on the task, a model from one of these providers does the work; for the paid evaluation, models from both providers each create a draft independently and review each other. For each step we only send the excerpt it needs: your current input, the conversation so far, the relevant details, a summary and, where applicable, the result so far. If our filter detects email addresses, phone numbers, bank or card numbers or strings that look like login details in it, it masks them automatically beforehand; such a filter cannot detect every piece of personal data. We do not send our team’s internal notes – neither from the workspace nor from our customer management system, from which notes marked as sensitive or “not for AI providers” are never sent either – nor data from other workspaces. For our team’s AI support, however, the excerpt may also contain content you do not see yourself, such as the transcript of a call with you. The providers process the data on our behalf under their terms for API customers; under these terms they do not use the content to train their models.
Storage by the providers: We send our requests to OpenAI with storage switched off. According to OpenAI, it keeps abuse-monitoring logs, which may also contain content, for up to 30 days – longer only if required by law or necessary to protect against harm. According to Anthropic, it deletes inputs and outputs within 30 days; longer only where this is necessary to enforce its usage policy or required by law.
People and AI in our team: A person from our team can join at any time. Before you hand over to our team, we show you which details will be passed on (your goal, the details you have confirmed, the summary, open questions and the directions of your orientation) and ask for your agreement; your request then appears in our enquiry and customer management system. Authorised staff also use AI support in the workspace: analyses of the conversation, suggestions for next questions and replies, summaries and translations of individual messages by DeepL (see “Chat”). Only our team sees this support. Messages to you are labelled – as a message from the AI or as a message from our team.
Calls with our team: If we have a phone or video call with you, our team may – only with your prior agreement – take a transcript and have the AI give them pointers during the call. For this, excerpts of the transcript are sent to the AI providers; only our team sees the pointers. The transcript is part of your workspace. We do not store audio recordings.
Adult content: If you want to discuss a creator business with adult content, we only open this area after a separate confirmation and only as business advice; no explicit content is created. Such details may allow conclusions about your sex life. We only process them with your explicit consent, which you give in this step (Art. 9(2)(a) and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Without this consent, you simply use the AI guidance without this area. If you withdraw it, the AI stops working in this workspace until you consent again or delete it.
Retention, deletion and withdrawal: You can delete your workspace yourself at any time (“Delete workspace”); this deletes the conversation, details and results. Without activity, we delete it automatically after 180 days. We keep the technical logs of the AI steps for 365 days and records of your consents also after deletion, for as long as we need them as proof. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future – by deleting the workspace or by writing to us at
11. Market analysis (Creator Market Scout)
To find suitable creators for our agency services, we look at publicly accessible creator channels with our internal tool “Creator Market Scout”. It serves only our own creator acquisition and market overview. If your public channel is captured, this section applies to you.
Sources and data: At present we only use YouTube’s official programming interface (YouTube Data API) and profile links that a team member enters themselves. Through the interface we receive public channel details: channel ID, name and handle, country and language of the channel, the channel description, subscriber, view and video counts and, for the latest videos, date, title, views, likes and number of comments. We remove email addresses and phone numbers before storing. We do not log in to any service, do not bypass access barriers and do not retrieve platforms whose terms forbid this; links to, for example, Instagram, TikTok or OnlyFans are stored only as a reference, without opening them. For the queries, Google, the operator of YouTube, receives our search terms and the channel IDs queried. We only run queries through the interface in individually approved analyses.
Assessment (profiling): From these details the tool automatically calculates figures and an assessment: engagement, regularity of publishing, visible monetisation (for example a shop, memberships, labelled collaborations), market relevance, hints of a company or brand account, activity and a potential score with a priority. This profiling serves our team only as orientation. Unknown values do not count against you. We do not infer income or sensitive characteristics such as health, religion, political views, sexuality or origin.
People decide: Whether we reject a channel, keep watching it or note it as a possible collaboration is decided by a person in our team; the decision is documented with the person and the time. The tool does not contact anyone and does not create contacts. We only add you to our customer management system after a separate decision, and any personal contact requires its own review.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is to find suitable creators for our agency services and to keep an overview of the market. We limit ourselves to channels that appear in public, to the details needed for this and to short retention periods. That information is public does not mean to us that we may use it as we like; this is why you can object at any time.
Recipients: Apart from Google (see above) and our hosting providers, nobody receives these details; we do not pass them on to third parties. If a team member has a public text translated, DeepL processes this text on our behalf (see “Chat”).
Prepared, currently switched off: The tool can also retrieve public web pages that a creator links on their profile, update watched channels, create an assessment with AI models (OpenAI, Anthropic) and prepare a first contact. These functions are currently switched off; before we use any of them, we will add to this notice.
Retention: We delete a channel on which no decision has been made at the latest 90 days after it was last captured; if it comes only from the YouTube interface, after 30 days. We delete or refresh figures, texts and titles from the YouTube interface after 30 days at the latest, and the same applies to channel IDs in our query logs. We delete rejected channels 30 days after the decision, watched channels 365 days after the last update and channels noted as a possible collaboration 730 days after the decision; if you are added to our customer management system, its rules apply there. Deletion runs automatically every day.
Your rights and objection: You can ask whether and which details about your channel we process and request their correction or deletion. You can object to the processing at any time (Art. 21 GDPR). To do so, write to us, for example at
12. Protection against misuse
To protect forms, bookings and the chat against automated mass requests, we limit the number of requests. For this we use your IP address and session identifier only as pseudonymised check values (hashes), never in plain text (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is operation free of misuse). Forms also contain a field that is invisible to humans and detects bots.
13. Account and creator area
If we accept you as a creator, you receive an account for our creator area. There we process your login data, your profile, documents for verifying your age and identity, details of your platform accounts, uploaded media, tasks and forms, and our communication with you. We use this data to support you, verify your identity and that you are of age, and carry out our collaboration (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR; where legal obligations apply, Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). We only process details on adult content there if you have expressly consented (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR) or have made the content public yourself (Art. 9(2)(e) GDPR).
Uploaded files and documents are kept in a storage area that is not publicly accessible and can only be retrieved by you and authorised staff.
14. Collaboration, documents and payments
For quotes, contracts, invoices, credit notes, payment reminders and business letters, we process the master, contact, billing and contract data required for them (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR). We receive payments by bank transfer to our account with Holvi Payment Services Ltd, Finland; Holvi processes the payment data as a bank under its own responsibility.
15. Recipients
Your data is only received by those who need it for the purposes described:
- our hosting and email service providers, who operate the server, database and email delivery for us (on our behalf);
- DeepL SE for translating chat messages (on our behalf);
- OpenAI OpCo, LLC and Anthropic, PBC (both USA) as providers of the AI models for the AI guidance, for assessments in “Plan a campaign” (only with your consent) and our team’s AI support (on our behalf);
- Holvi Payment Services Ltd for payment transactions (under its own responsibility);
- businesses or creators with whom we arrange or carry out a collaboration for you – only with the details required for it;
- authorities, courts or advisers where we are legally obliged to disclose data or where this is necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Within FansConnect24, only the people who need the data for their tasks have access to it.
16. Processing outside the EU
FansConnect24 LLC is based in the USA. Your data is therefore also processed from the USA. The USA does not offer a level of data protection that generally corresponds to that of the EU; in particular, authorities there may in some circumstances access data without you having the same legal remedies as in the EU. We only process your data there to the extent necessary for the service you requested or for our collaboration, and we apply the requirements of the GDPR when doing so.
The providers of the AI models used in our AI guidance and in “Plan a campaign”, OpenAI and Anthropic, are also based in the USA; their processing may take place in the USA and in other countries where they operate data centres. Their terms for API customers each include a data processing agreement; under it, transfers are based on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
17. Retention
We only store personal data for as long as is necessary for the respective purpose:
- enquiries via contact form, email, chat and business enquiries: until they have been fully dealt with and for as long as follow-up questions or further communication can be expected;
- applications: until the application process is complete; after a rejection or your withdrawal, as soon as we no longer need them for follow-up questions or the defence of possible claims;
- data from a collaboration: for its duration and beyond for as long as statutory retention obligations apply (in particular for invoices and accounting records) or claims can be asserted;
- data we process on the basis of your consent: until you withdraw it, unless another legal basis applies;
- FNC24 AI guidance: until you delete your workspace, at the latest 180 days after your last activity; technical logs of the AI steps 365 days; invoices for a paid evaluation like data from a collaboration;
- Market analysis (Creator Market Scout): as described in the section “Market analysis (Creator Market Scout)”;
- Plan a campaign: drafts you do not send until 30 days after the last change; sent briefs like business enquiries; technical logs of the AI steps (without content) 365 days;
- session data and cookies: as described in section 4.
18. Required details and acknowledgement
Required fields are marked with * in our forms. Without this information we cannot process your enquiry, application or booking; all other details are voluntary. You are not legally obliged to provide us with any data.
By ticking the box “I have taken note of the privacy notice” you only confirm that you were able to read this notice. It is not consent.
19. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR); this does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
Right to object: Where we process data on the basis of legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), you can object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR).
Simply write to us at
20. No automated decisions
Applications and enquiries are decided by people. The AI guidance does not make decisions about you either: it develops suggestions, assessments and plans; prices, contracts, payments and any collaboration are decided by people. The assessments of our market analysis are also only orientation; every further step is decided by people. Likewise, a Campaign Brief from “Plan a campaign” is only an assessment; creators, prices, contracts and any assignment are decided by people. We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.
21. Changes
We update this notice when our services or our processing change. The version published here, with the date stated above, applies.
